Just like on desktop email systems, SnapperMail lets you to specify simple or complex criteria for finding emails on your email server. You do not merely search downloaded emails on your device, rather you can search all the emails in the online mailbox. Thus you do not have to keep vast amounts of data on your device.

The folder's search results have been superbly integrated into the message list with a magnifying glass icon. They can be viewed on their own, or with the other messages. The magnifying glass icon is retained until a new search is started, or the search results are cleaned up manually. Messages downloaded during the online search may be kept or deleted from the device.

As well as other advantages, this feature removes the frustration of knowing you have received a particular email but not being able find it on your device. For example, you may be in a meeting, you need a particular document in a hurry and you know you have received it attached to an email but cannot seem to find it on your device. Now you can find it quickly on the server and download it.

SnapperMail lets you find messages instantly by entering a few letters. You turn the filter on, then specify a few letters to filter out all emails that do not match. Of course, SnapperMail's Quick Keyboard™ functionality, it only takes a single key press to turn the filter on or off. The filter works incrementally, in other words, emails disappear from the list as you specify letters and reappear as you remove them, so locating your desired email is very fast.

To give you the best user experience, all normal list functionality remains while the filter is on, such as selecting messages, marking messages, and viewing messages. Also, the previous filter text returns when the filter is turned off and then back on again, and the filter stays on when changing the current folder. Perfectly simple!

Due to popular demand, we have introduced to the message list the same small fonts that are available in the message view and message compose. The small fonts allow much more information to be displayed on the screen. You can therefore arrange the columns to see much more of the email subject and sender information.

Quick Keyboard™ functionality has also been extended to allow fast scrolling where number 1 jumps to the top, number 9 jumps to the bottom, and the other numbers jump in between.
