Snapperfish Limited Corporation may choose at its own discretion to offer free support to non-registered customers and customers who fall outside of the one year free support window. Technical support will be via email. Snapperfish Limited Corporation makes no commitment to supporting customers via any other means such as telephone.Refund PolicyAll software from Snapperfish Limited Corporation can be downloaded as a free trial from its web site. We encourage all users to thoroughly trial the product before purchasing. Snapperfish Limited Corporation DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS. The only exception to the NO REFUNDS policy is in the case whereby a customer purchases a support package and a support issue cannot be solved. In such a case Snapperfish Limited Corporation in its sole discretion may offer a refund. All refunds granted will be subject to a 25% return processing fee. |
